OUR SERVICES

We have a highly trained staff that will provide quality service when your organization requires it. Our schedule is from 8:00 am to 12:00 noon and 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. Here is a brief description of our services:

AIR CARGO:

Because these are time-sensitive shipments, our staff count on extensive knowledge and a variety of resources to provide the customer with daily follow up and up to date information about the shipment. Our experienced staff will guide you through the entire process.

OCEAN CARGO:

Contracts with leading steamship lines which cover worldwide ports of loading and unloading allow our customers to obtain competitive freight rates. We can provide LCL (less-than container load), FCL (full container load) and inland distribution of goods.

ROUTE SURVEY, ROAD PERMITS AND LICENSING

Our projects department can evaluate the entire route and obtain permits/licensing for oversized cargo to be delivered. Depending on the characteristics of the goods and local transit regulations, our team can perform a route survey (point-point) from the port of arrival to the destination site in order to evaluate the condition of certain structures to be encountered along the way. These assessments allow us to determine whether or not the structures are suitable for the load to pass through. Required adaptations to certain structures are promptly notified to the customer.

CARGO RECEPTION ALONGSIDE VESSEL:

This service is coordinated depending on the arrival of the vessel and the availability of transport units and is only available for heavy loads. Each transport unit is assigned and appropriately equipped according to the characteristics of each load.

INLAND FREIGHT:

Inland transportation can be arranged as per customer's requirements. The company will make sure that all regulations are met to ensure the delivery of the cargo to its final destination. Security service can be provided if required by the customer.

ROUTE ADAPTATION:

Adaptations to the route are made according to the needs of each project, some are made prior to the arrival of the cargo and others during the performance of the project.

CABOTAGE:

According to previous conducted assessments and the characteristics of the load, cabotage may be done. This will ensure that cargo is well-handled.

UNLOADING AT JOB SITE/ FINAL DESTINATION :

The cargo can be unloaded at any specific point on the job site in accordance with the requirements of each project. Our equipment includes hydraulic jacks, skates, wood bases, cranes, and other tools traditionally used.
